By means of providing you a very individual counselling! Unlike the usual job fairs, we don’t only send you vacancies, but use our contacts to IT companies in Bremen to find the absolutely right job for you.

Do I need to have any previous experience, if I am interested in an IT job?
Previous experience is great, but not a must! With F.IT, we want to offer a way into IT sector for all women from Bremen, who are interested in it. If you don’t have any previous experience, we would be glad find out more about your interest in IT sector in a personal conversation.

What can I expect when I contact the F.IT project team?

Aren't there only technically difficult tasks in IT?
The IT sector is more diverse than you might think. Project management, social media management and data analysis are just some of the areas of work that require little or no programming skills. Even for career changers, the opportunities to work in the IT sector are very diverse.

I have a family and cannot work full time. Should I still register?
